Apply Online. In order to be considered for employment at Wesley Enhanced Living, you may apply online for one of our current openings so we know what type of role you are interested in pursuing. You are able to upload a copy of your resume to make the process quick and easy!
Interview. If selected for an interview, you will have the opportunity to speak with one or more members of our Human Resources and/or Leadership teams. Interviews are conducted over the phone, virtually via video conference, or in person. Make sure you dress to impress!
Offer. If selected for hire, you will receive an offer from a member of our Human Resources Team. Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of our pre-employment screening process which includes: Drug Screening, Comprehensive Background Screenings, Reference Checks, and other applicable screenings. Congratulations! You are on your way to joining our team!
Onboarding. As a new member of our team, you will attend Orientation on your first day to set the tone for your experience and success at Wesley Enhanced Living. From there, you will become more acquainted with your community and team through an on-the-job training experience to help you get settled into your new role. We offer ongoing training and coaching to help you to continue to develop in your current role and prepare for future opportunities. Welcome to WEL!
