Our Home Care Aides work on-site at a Wesley Enhanced Living community to provide 1:1 support to independent living residents who need some extra assistance with activities of daily living. Our POOL/Per Diem schedules provide flexibility and a work/life balance for our Home Care Aides.
Now more than ever our Housekeeping and Laundry Teams are focused on providing a clean, safe environment for our residents, employees, and guests. Our employees are committed to upholding high safety standards and following proper protocols to ensure common areas are sanitized and clear of hazards.
Our skilled technicians use their strengths to create a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Our Renovations Techs ensure resident living spaces are refreshed, clean, and ready for move-in; and our Maintenance Team takes preventative maintenance measures and provides assistance with repairs as needed.
Our Security Team assures the safety and security of residents, employees, our facility, our grounds, and equipment. By patrolling the halls and grounds, we are able to ensure those in our community feel safe and we are available when emergencies arise.
Our Transportation Team ensures residents are able to get where they need to go in a timely manner. Our Drivers enjoy interacting and building relationships with residents.
Our Activities Aides have a recreational therapy background or have worked in our industry providing opportunities for our residents to stay engaged, social, and experiencing new things! And we have so much fun doing it! You are able to be creative and really tap into the passions of our residents to offer activities that will stimulate residents’ mind, body, and soul!
Our Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapy Assistants each use their specialty knowledge to help residents improve overall functioning and increase their quality of life. You will be able to use your therapy license to help improve the well-being of our residents whether they are here for short-term rehab or a long-term resident.

Our Social Workers are committed to supporting our residents and their families by making sure their basic needs are met and work to enhance social functioning, self-determination, collective responsibility, and their overall well-being.
Our Chaplains help provide for the emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of our residents, their families, and employees. By providing spiritual support services like counseling, visitations to hospitals, bereavement care, prayer sessions and memorial services, our Chaplains are devoted to our WEL Community.
Our Admissions Team partners with internal and external resources to ensure we are able to meet the needs of residents who come to Wesley Enhanced Living on a short-term or long-term basis.
Our community-based sales professionals and Corporate Marketing team partner to ensure we are sharing all that Wesley Enhanced Living has to offer seniors in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Our Billing and Reimbursement Team helps keep Wesley Enhanced Living running efficiently. We take care of billing and accounts receivables and provide support on-site at our communities to assist our residents and their families with billing questions and their finances.
Our Finance and Accounting Team is focused on providing accounts payable, payroll, and accounting oversight for our organization. We balance our books to ensure that we operate smoothly and can function with excellence in order to best support the overall well-being of our residents and employees.
Our Human Resources Team is focused on attracting, engaging, hiring, training, developing, supporting, and retaining the top talent in the Greater Philadelphia area.
